Good morning! You can now filter your members by type or level directly in Contacts > Members using the available filters. This new page allows you to create personalized lists of members according to your criteria, such as membership type or status (active or expired).

Our organisation offers memberships by multiple ticket types (all of them are yearly memberships), each with different donor benefits, eligibility, and communications requirements. Currently, Zeffy does not allow admins to filter contacts or create lists based on ticket type within the membership campaign, which makes targeted communication by ticket type difficult or impossible.
