We have just signed up with Zeffy and loving the platform except the part where despite saying it is option to add a payment amount to Zeffy, it isn't actually clear to people that they need to click on other in the dropdown so that they don't have put an amount in. This needs to be clearer to provide full transparency to donors or it puts us in a position of looking like we are forcing people to make a contribution on top of their donation. The dropdown needs to include a 0 amount or a Not this time option. For those that are not computer savvy that will be a stumbling block
