Many donors find it frustrating to enter their personal information after completing a Tap to Pay donation in order too generate a tax receipt. Instead, after a payment is made, Zeffy could recognize the credit card if it has been used previously with that charity - or anywhere within the Zeffy platform - and prompt the donor with a confirmation such as: "Is this you? John Doe – Thornhill, Ontario" If the donor confirms, Zeffy would automatically link the donation to their existing profile and issue the tax receipt without requiring them to re-enter their name, email address, and mailing address. Benefit: This creates a much faster and smoother donation experience and ensures donors still receive their tax receipts with minimal effort.

Is there a way you can add a mechanism to capture Contact information when a transaction is Tap to Pay; Currently after the transaction Processes we have to enter the contact information via laptop. During an event this would be very hectic to do. Thankyou

For example, if our raffle tickets are sold online, buyers are requested to enter contact information as per our settings. That is not mirrored in the tap-t-pay app experience; buyers are not asked for this information by default in the campaign's app settings, despite having been adjusted on the web view. Otherwise excellent system!

I am using tap to pay to collect payment for selling items in a fundraising event. It would be nice to have a receipt print option that list all the items sold along with the amount. (Same like we get at a restaurant or a store)

I'd love to be able to use an external card/chip reader to be able to access tap-to-pay on an iPad. We are a non-profit that is switching to a suggested donation/pay-what-you- can admission model. It would ideal if we could do an iPad setup at the front desk.

It would be helpful to be able to attach the card used to purchase an event ticket to the person’s contact profile so when we need to process a payment quickly during the event for raffle tickets, drinks, etc. we can type in the person’s name and charge the card on file. Maybe a safety option could be for the person to had a PIN number so it is ensured it is charging the correct contact. Pin required for purchase.

when contactless payment doesn't work. Many older cards would not take, they used other cards in place, but would be nice to be able to enter the card number manually.

We would like Zeffy's Tap to Pay app to be available in Australia

Allow organizations to suppress or customize the Zeffy contribution prompt on POS/Tap to Pay transactions. At multi-vendor events, customers confuse the Zeffy contribution with a vendor tip, which erodes trust between the nonprofit, its vendors, and attendees.
