Add the ability for attendees to sign a waiver during check-in, with the signed waiver saved to their user profile for future events. The check-in process should also verify that the person signing the waiver is the actual ticket holder, since the waiver is tied to that individual and is important for liability purposes.

i want to create 1 QR code for multiday events where i have flexibility to create single QR with multiple scan capability by day or by number of scan in advance setting under ticket type, it will be helpful for check-ins , multiple events in same day or multiple day events with different kids event participation.

Add the ability to assign or lend equipment to a specific ticket holder during check-in. This would allow staff to track which equipment was given to each attendee and make it easier to confirm that all borrowed equipment is returned at the end of the event.

If someone wants buy different types of tickets in same cart , i want to provide user experience for each type of tickets and all QR codes with same color. example kids tickets vs adults with differnt colored QR.

It would be great to have an archive area where "dormant" drafts of emails could be saved. Some emails I've drafted don't seem to be going forward, but I want to save the concept and the text, but it's confusing to have them in the regular "Communications" list.

We are in an urban area with 5 bars and 5G on the phone. We are also connected to wifi. All configurations and settings on phone are optimized for use with Zeffy. We still have issues with Zeffy tap-to-pay not always working. Sometimes it just spins for minutes. Customers and our volunteers get frustrated. We restart the app and do all other recommended troubleshooting. We even upgraded to a new 2026 phone model. The problem persists. There should be a way to store the credit card info until Zeffy comes back online and can be charged.

Need a reader to accept payments more easily. Insert when chip doesn't work.

Hi, would be useful if buyers could go back to their basket (once purchased) and add to it up to a certain point (e.g before it gets marked as ready) - as I’ve had few occasions of them having to go back online and having to pay for postage again on something that’ll get merged to one envelope
