I would like the possibility to have different "levels" of questions, and questions that can be shown or hidden depending on the answer to a previous question.
Ex., in a ticketing form, a first yes/no checkbox question is "Will you require to be accompanied at the event", and then we need to ask for the accompanying person's information, but only if they checked "yes" to the first question.

Dropdown option for custom question on form

I would like to be able to have a dropdown custom question. So my question is if the user would like the contribution to go to a specific campaign/account. However, I would like them to first check the box saying they want their donation to go to a specific account and once that is selected the various account options will show. Similar to the "I wish to make this donation in honor of someone". Once they select the box next to that the option to input someones name open up. It's not just always open.

Hi Ana! Thank you for your request. Could you kindly provide more specific details on your request, and what you are looking to achieve specifically? Thank you so much!

Yes. This would be very helpful to keep the form simple at the start.

Agreed. This would be great to add. A common one we have is where we have a multiple choice with an option for Other. If they choose other, then a second question should appear which says please specify here.

Merci.
