I would like the possibility to have different "levels" of questions, and questions that can be shown or hidden depending on the answer to a previous question.
Ex., in a ticketing form, a first yes/no checkbox question is "Will you require to be accompanied at the event", and then we need to ask for the accompanying person's information, but only if they checked "yes" to the first question.

Date of Birth Age Verification

4 Directions
We sell tickets to events with age restrictions (7-11, 12-17, 18+, etc.)
It would be great if the Date of Birth questions would allow validation for something like this, and prompt the buyer with a warning (eg. This event is only for ages 7-11)

Add conditional logic to form fields

In order for us to move away from other platforms, we need conditional logic in the form custom questions.

Nested for fields

I'd like to be able to have form questions that are nested. For example, if someone checks a box that their company matches donations, a field pops up where they can enter their company name. Otherwise, the company name field is hidden.

Similar request to have logic added or have custom question displayed based on logic ( ability to have conditions to the forms fields )

Conditional Questions in Forms

I would like to see an option for conditional questions in the forms so, for example, I could have a question that is only asked if the user first selects or enters a value in an earlier field.

That would be helpful.

Dropdown option for custom question on form

Tara
I would like to be able to have a dropdown custom question. So my question is if the user would like the contribution to go to a specific campaign/account. However, I would like them to first check the box saying they want their donation to go to a specific account and once that is selected the various account options will show. Similar to the "I wish to make this donation in honor of someone". Once they select the box next to that the option to input someones name open up. It's not just always open.

Hi Ana! Thank you for your request. Could you kindly provide more specific details on your request, and what you are looking to achieve specifically? Thank you so much!

Yes. This would be very helpful to keep the form simple at the start.
