Customize Thank You Emails With donation amount variable
It would be great if the thank you emails had the ability to customize for the amount donated. So I could say Dear (First Name), your gift of (amount) will go towards.... etc.
See Platform fees paid
Customers see that they paid more money than what our system shows due to the platform fee. Because of this, we can't match up their payments on their cards with our payments in the system. It also hides how much extra customers are paying for platform fees. Having this transparency on the dashboard will help with providing customer service.

The "Full" wording applies to ticket sales but less to item sales. / Le mot "Complet" fonctionne pour une vente de billets ou de places mais moins pour des items.

I have a multiple choice question on my form and sometimes need to change or reorder the choices on my form, and it affects previous transactions. / J'ai une question à choix multiples sur mon formulaire et parfois je dois changer ou modifier l'ordre des choix de réponse et ça affecte les transactions passées.
Expanded view & usage for contact notes
Currently, the dated notes in the contact record are only one line and can only fit a limited number of characters and there is no way to view your entire note without moving your cursor to scroll through the text. I would love to see a more useable note section to track interactions as well as notes specifically for contact details.
Less Zeffy branding in Thank you Emails
I think there is too much Zeffy branding in the thank you emails. I want my own message and branding to be the biggest part of the email.

Calendar view with search for Events
I manage recurring events (tours), with multiple time slots and limited attendees, available a day, with the option to book up to a year in advance. As such, there are on average, 1,920 day/time combinations a year, which becomes a rather poor user experience when the user has to select from a dropdown menu (and hope there is availability left). A more advanced option for finding an event date/time would be helpful, such as a calendar view with month/year navigation or a multi-field form to select year/date/time.
