We have a slight variation on this feature request similar to what others have commented on regarding memberships, which are not tax-deductible. We calculate the membership fee for each member on our website and want to pass it to the form. We can do this using UTM for the standard donation form as popup from our website, but it is a membership, not a donation, so it is a little confusing to our users.
The problem with using the Donation Form is that it looks like a tax-deductible donation rather than a non tax-deductible membership fee. If we could just change some of the form labels and descriptions, it would actually suit our needs perfectly. I've attached a screenshot of what I'd like the form to look like if this is to collect membership dues instead of a contribution. (I also removed the corporate gift option). Basically, I just changed the words "donation", "donate" and "gift" to be in line with a membership payment.
Here are a couple of ways our use case could be met.
1) Provide a customizable donation form for non tax-deductible payments, preserving the ability to set the amount and user info using UTM. Ideally, also allow the corporate option to be disabled (as it does not apply to non-donations).
OR
2) Allow the current membership form to be called with UTM parameters allowing the ability to set the amount of the membership along with the same user info parameters supported in the donation form.
We sure hope you will be able to add feature(s) soon allowing us to achieve this one way or another.
Thank you.

This would be very helpful to us. Sometimes each our clients must pay a different amount, so they need to be able to type in the payment amount on their own.
