Please add an option remove "corporate/organization donation" check box. It is confusing to the average person who is buying a ticket/ making a donation.

We experience the same problem — donors and constituents purchasing tickets often check the box and enter our nonprofit name because it isn’t clear that the form is asking if a business is signing up / donating TO our organization. So they check the box because they are making a donation/purchase TO a business / nonprofit / organization.

Changing the verbiage to “I am making this donation/purchase on behalf of (or as a representative of) a business / organization” would prevent this issue from continuing.

It happens constantly, and our contacts list is full of donors who are listed under our nonprofit name bc the checkbox simply is not clear enough to the average individual.

That said, we DON’T want the feature removed — we just want the verbiage improved by Zeffy to be more clear. Businesses do interact with our forms and we need to be able to capture that, when appropriate.

Never underestimate the dumbness of the users: I had someone who ticked that box and put there MY organization's name...

So, please give us the option to disable it!

This would be vital for our raffle form to go live. Many states in the US do not allow corporations or organizations to gamble. I would love to utilize the form to make our raffle more successful and accessible.
