At our board meeting last week we voted to change from a renewal based on date of membership purchase to a global renewal just before our AGM to simplify tracking of members. We will therefore be switching to a March 1st membership renewal. We also voted to extend as a courtesy to members who purchased prior to this change that their memberships would remain current without the need to renew until the next global renewal date in March 2027, however we were not able to find a way to cleanly implement this in Zeffy. It would be nice to be able to manually implement an extension to a future date on renewal dates within the system.
