We’re happy to share that you can now resend follow-up emails to contacts who didn’t open or purchase from your initial email. 🎉
To use this feature, open the email you’d like to follow up on. You can find it either by going to Communications in the left hand menu and clicking on the email, or by going to Campaigns, selecting the relevant campaign, and opening the email from the campaign’s Communications tab.
Once the email is open, a purple banner will automatically appear at the top of the page with the option to send a “Follow-up with your contacts.”
From there, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like to send your follow-up to:
- Non-openers: contacts who did not open the original email
- Non-buyers: contacts who did not make a purchase from the original email, whether they opened it or not
Your recipient list will be prepared automatically.

I'd like the ability when you ask a question to your buyer / each ticket holder and you have multiple choice questions that you could rearrange the answers... currently you want to rearrange the order of the answers you have to delete and retype everything.

I'd REALLY like to be able to resend emails to non-openers (not just folks who don't donate/purchase). I had this in Mailchimp and it was a great feature. Basically, if I send out an email through Zeffy and only 60% open it, I am not aware of anyway to resend it to the 40% who have not yet opened it. Seems like something easy for Zeffy to implement since it now tracks folks who open, click, etc. Why not have the ability to resend to folks who don't open?

This would be of enormous benefit to us as a nonprofit. Please consider adding this!
The only way I see this being possible now is by going to a tab of "did not open" and selecting all and creating a new segment for a future email. That would be enough of a stop-gap measure if you could enable that. PLEASE make those so we can select and create new labeled segments, specifically a segment for anyone who did NOT open OR did not interact.

I've been using MailChimp for a nonprofit organization and when I send an email newsletter it allows me to schedule a resend to those who did not open the email. We desperately need that in Zeffy. Please move this up on your priority list.

This is a critial function for all non-profits. It cuts down on time and allows us to focus only on those that didn't interact on the original email. Please esculate this to the top of your priority list.
