Right now as far as I can see is that the only option is for Tap to Pay. Implement option to also accept cash payments. This would ensure all funds are accounted for when having in-person sales. Cheddar Up does this.

I'd like to be able to mark tickets on the app if they pay cash. It then goes into my accounting total and we know how much cash has come in for tickets.

Would be helpful to be able to process cash sales and type in credit card numbers on the Zeffy app. We used iPads and the app doesn’t work on iPads to charge cards. We are willing to type in card info.

We do a Mystery Bag at our events, and most people give cash for them, so this would be incredibly helpful.

Like others, I know it would be a major help for my org if we could keep all our transactions in one system. This would mean being able to take cash as well as swiped cards or checks at our POS.

We just used Zeffy for our first event and love it! We did have to use two separate systems for cash payments and people who did not have tap to pay so if those two features were avaiable, it would be amazing!

It would be so helpful to be able to log a sale with payment methods other than credit/debit cards via the tap to pay app. That way all sales/donations could be kept in one place regardless of payment method. Right now we have to use two different systems or log all offline payments later or via browser. It is a lot of extra steps and very clunky. I've used the Square app and it allows you to select cash, card, or "other" as your payment method at check out. This way you can log cash, checks, venmo, zelle, paypal etc. along with processing card payments and everything is right there in the same reports and app.

Request the app be updated so that I can track/record cash payments. This would be particularly helpful for stores and inventory management, but would also be great for events, donations, and other items.

I would love to see this option too. I have used Square for other non-profit events to take payments and you can record cash/check or "other" like venmo, zelle, paypal etc.
