I would like to be able to update the donor's credit card information for them and change the date the recurring payment is processed. The donor reported that they could not figure out how to do this themselves.

Administrators can now manage recurring donations directly from the donor's payment record. In addition to updating the donation amount and cancelling the recurring donation (which were already available), you can now also update the payment method on behalf of the donor.

This makes it easier to help donors keep their recurring donations active and up to date.

Option to update payment information via admin portal. We have members who have difficulty using the form and prefer to pass payment information over the phone. Option to update their card information, or change their card over the portal would be great.
Instead of having to stop their payment and having them signup for an all new payment form.

Other platforms allow the admin to update credit card info, amounts, (as well as pause donations or move donation dates) so I don't understand the reasoning that Zeffy does not allow admin credit card updates. We have donors that are not comfortable on a computer, and request that we update the info for them.

I completely agree with this request. Administrators, upon donor requests, should be able to make changes as to dates and amounts. As well the Zeffy system should not prorate any new transactions or add any administrative optional fees to these manual changes. Thank you for bringing about these critical changes.
