It would be nice to have donations stated as "Anonymous" in the donor list instead of the first initial of the first name still showing.

An option to have donation listed as anonymous would be extremity helpful. I created a workaround by adding a short Check Box Statement "Please check box if you wish this donation to be anonymous.

This is available from the donor campaign page after someone clicks the donor button.
However, the anonymous option gets dropped when the donation iframe and html are embedded in an org's website. The anonymous donor option should be carried over into these other donation options. Otherwise, it is only available from the Zeffy website and not from the organization webpage.
