Would love for there to be a text option. Many participants did not like the email format. They would also like their information saved so that they do not have to enter each time. These both were hinderance features that kept us from raising more funds.

This would be am amazing feature to add on! Its easier to respond to a text notification, than email.

When we used a different auction platform, adding text notifications in the first year led to a 40 percent increase in auction revenue. We will need to wait for Zeffy to add this feature before we can move our auction to their platform.

It would be better for silent auctions if the notification that they bid is no longer the highest came via tex message instead of email. Most attendees to an event that has a silent auction are not checking their emails, but text messages will pop up immediatly.
