I know this has been a previous commented on sentiment, and has been marked complete. But I still feel that there is too much Zeffy branding and not nearly enough for my organization. Why do we have to have receipts and such look like Zeffy? These are not my organizations colors or branding and I have had several donors express confusion. If I was sending a tax receipt it would look much more professional business letter like. I do not feel that just having our logo in one place is enough. There should be the option to have the platform work with the organizations brand colors. So in my case it would be Red & Grey.

We just had quite a few people donating in honor of a former staff member and wrote Thank-you-notes to each donor. It would have been nice to be able to customize part of the receipt. We would really appreciate if there were - in addition to the section which covers the tax requirements - a section where you can refer to a special campaign, "in honor of" or add a personal note.

I understand and agree with having a section of the tax receipts that cannot be customized, but I also agree with others who have requested the option for a section of the tax receipts that can be customized with more of the respective organization's branding. I would also like to see not only the amount of the most current donation but would also like to have the receipt show the year-to-date donation amount. Our current platform (Network for Good) offers the option to create a template with the ability to add several variables, including Year-to-Date Donations.

Our organization has been a nonprofit incorporation since 2009. This is our first time to use Zeffy and I love the idea of the automatic receipts. However, not being able to show case our organization's colors and wording is disheartening. We have the ability to create our own forms for tax receipts but it was nice not having to build it. We very well might use this in the interim so that we can take donations now while our marketing department builds out our workflows for auto receipts.

We are new to Zeffy and it seems crazy to not be able to add some of our own language to the receipt to thank donors. I understand the need for compliance, so maybe there's a section that's unchangeable and a section for organization comments/thank yous.

I have to manually go in and recode the colors each time. I hate this part.

I need to change our tax receipt. The donors will receives services in the amount of $45 per seat purchased at their table. There is not specified cost per seat. It can range from $150 up to no maximum. Can you help me make this change or if you can't please delete the comment that " The donor received no goods or services in exchange for their donation" Thanks, Roger

Yes we'd at a minimum like the be able to note that "Your federal income tax deduction is the amount of your contribution less the value of any goods or services that we provided to you."

For donations that must be entered manually and/or don't have an email for, it would be great to be able to print a tax receipt that is more printer friendly, i.e. less color/images (more like a formal letter), ability to edit/format, and donor's address included.
