Currently, it looks like all emails to contacts come from Zeffy <[email protected]>. We'd like the ability to send from a custom email address, like [email protected]. Most CRMs like Mailchimp, Brevo, etc. have this ability and it would be a huge step forward for Zeffy to be able to do this. Most CRMs have a paywall for X number of contacts or emails per month, so you could get a LOT of nonprofits to switch to Zeffy if this was implemented.

I agree - we have too many people complaining they didn't get eTickets because they ended up in the person's less-important or even spam folders. Zeffy isn't in their address book, but we are!
At the very least, it would be great to have the ability to customize the online confirmation message. Then we could tell purchasers that their ticket email will come from Zeffy, and remind them to make sure it doesn't get hidden by their filters.
