Ability to input a different email as the sender email so it is coming from our generic more well known email rather than an individual's email.
Example: Ability to input [email protected] as the sender rather than [email protected] because the person is logged in

This is a must, as often the "generic" email is something like a Google Group or a Shared Inbox (which means that it cannot be used to login to Zeffy).

CCA Generic emails and Google Group emails can be used as logins for Zeffy. I have one ([email protected]) for a different account; however when I send the emails, I do not want the emails showing [email protected] or responses to come to that or any of the other users we have on the account.

Update : It is completed but for now it has to be added through the "Settings"

Ryan I wonder if there are different types of accounts. We are in USA. I am not finding Add Custom Domain under that Organization setting, or anywhere else.

Christa I'm in the US as well and was able to set up our custom domain yesterday. We are very new with Zeffy though, so maybe they're doing a slow rollout? ,

I'm hoping this will be rolled out soon. I sent our first email and over 100 plus bounced due to us not having our domain. It also reports no open data.

I too agree that it would be a good idea for our domain to send the email rather than Zeffy's. Recipients are afraid to receive an email that does not come directly from our domain...

Have same issue. Lots of our emails from Zeffy end up in people's spam.
