François de Kerret So grateful for this update! Is there any technical setup such as DKIM or SPF required? Could you guys make a video or documentation on the full setup process?

François de Kerret I'm not seeing where I can do that in settings. Can you give very brief intro? Thx.

Christa It's under Organization > Add custom domain

Ryan I wonder if there are different types of accounts. We are in USA. I am not finding Add Custom Domain under that Organization setting, or anywhere else.

Christa I'm in the US as well and was able to set up our custom domain yesterday. We are very new with Zeffy though, so maybe they're doing a slow rollout? ,

Ryan Thanks Ryan, I bet that's it. I will wait a while before asking them directly.

I'm hoping this will be rolled out soon. I sent our first email and over 100 plus bounced due to us not having our domain. It also reports no open data.

WCSFA Secretary
Michel (Product @Zeffy) Wonderful news. Any idea of the timeline?
Michel (Product @Zeffy)
WCSFA Secretary we're aiming at releasing it by beg of November. Hope it helps!

I too agree that it would be a good idea for our domain to send the email rather than Zeffy's. Recipients are afraid to receive an email that does not come directly from our domain...

Have same issue. Lots of our emails from Zeffy end up in people's spam.

I agree wholeheartedly with this. I sent a blast and for many recipients, it went to spam because of the Zeffy sender address. So, many never saw the email. I went back to MailChimp but would much rather use Zeffy.

Any updates on this feature? I would love to be able to use the newsletter templates, but I can not because they would go to spam unlike utilizing our own email address. It makes it too hard to ensure that emails are actually going to inboxes. I would LOVE to be able to streamline all of this!
