We hold ticketed in person events and would like to be able to check in an entire group of tickets with a single scan if they were all purchased at the same time. The current process for scanning tickets for some reason involves opening a new window to scan each ticket, which takes lots of time. If a family of 4 shows up together, can we just scan one ticket and have it check in all four guests, rather than having to repeat the process multiple times? This would help with crowd control a lot. Thank you!
