It would be great to be able to customize the message sent to members when it is time to renew their memberships.

Great news — this is now live! 🎉 You can now customize your renewal reminder emails for annual memberships and annual recurring donations directly from the form editor. Set the timing (how many days before expiry) and personalize the message content. You'll find separate reminders for members with auto-renewal on and auto-renewal off, so you can tailor each message.
