Yes, i agree. From an ease of use, this feature is critical. We should be able to have more than 4 money tiers, and also less than 4 money tiers. I also believe that there should be an "other" field, where a donor can type in the amount they wish to donate. I have been using GiveSmart software for about 3 years now, so I am very familiar with setting up campaigns and CRM donor software. This truly should be at the top of your list of updates.

I agree - This would be great if we could customize. Some donors want more options while sometimes we just need 1 option to make it less complicated for what we are doing in the campaign.

We should have the ability to increase the number of donations per campaign to at least 10, or to have the ability to create all the suggested donations as one-time amounts with the ability for the donator to toggle whether or not they want to donate one-time, monthly or annually, with a confirmation page so they can ensure what they are donating is correct.

I wish there was more customization on the set donation amounts. You can only set 4 but wish you could do more.

on the donation form, it automatically defaults to certain dollar amount button. I think it is better not to have a preselected amount show up.

It would be SO helpful to have more donation fields. This is keeping us from raising the funds that we need from the higher doners!

Dear Zeffy Team,
First and foremost, thank you for providing a free platform that has enabled us to support our cause effectively.
I would like to kindly request the addition of multiple fields within the "Suggested Donation Amounts" section. Currently, there are only four fields across three categories: One-time Amount, Monthly Amount, and Annual Amount. Having more options would greatly benefit our fundraising efforts.
Additionally, I’ve noticed a potential bug: one of our forms is showing eight fields instead of the usual four. I’ve attached a screenshot illustrating one such instance where eight fields are available for the Monthly Amount category.
