Discount code on manually added tickets

When I manually add a ticket, I want to have the option to apply the discount code. Without this, payments are entered at full price and skew form totals.

Yes! I want to be able to add someone who didn't purchase a ticket but needs to be on the list of attendees! Like our volunteers or those who can't afford a ticket. They still need to be listed and contacted but without skewing sales please!
