Is it possible to have a landing page for our Organization where users can see all of our donation, event, and volunteer opportunities?

I currently can't see my organization page. Can someone tell me if this is a glitch?

Michel (Product @Zeffy) I like the org page very much but would like to be able to change the order in which the campaigns appear. I have 4 campaigns on the same date with one of them the main event and the other 3 are sub-campaigns. Right now, my main event is not in the top 3 so you don't even see it without clicking "more events." I'd like to be able to move it to the top so it shows up without having to click "more."

Joe thanks a lot for the feedback. I must admit it is a use case we often see on our side but I'll talk with the team to see if we can find a way to make it work without overloading the page for everyone!

Michel (Product @Zeffy) Thanks, Michel. Just to clarify, I'm good with just having 3 showing at a time, I just want to be able to put them in order so I can make sure the ones I want on the top are there. As it is now, I have no control over which 3 show up without having to hit "more."

Joe Events are ordered by end date so the workaround I propose would simply be to configure your main Event as finishing 1 min earlier than the other ones and it would naturally show up first in the list.
Would that work?

This is great Michel (Product @Zeffy)! in addition to Jolene's comment below (we'd like the option to remove or change the visible email address), is it possible to make the aspect ratio of the event images square like they are on the actual event page? They don't need to be responsive, per se, just match the ratio of the actual event page so the images don't get cut off.

Michel (Product @Zeffy) yes I confirm. That to become our home page. So is it possible that campaigns do not appear on this page? Maybe add an option that would allow us to choose which campaigns we want or don't want that appear? Thank you so much the organization page is fantastic!

Carrefour it is definitely possible. To do so go in Edit more on your Org page and have a look at the following sections:
- Hide specific dated campaigns
- More ways to support us campaigns
You'll be able to configure which campaign get displayed or not on this page. Each time you create a new campaign you can also decide whether to add it or not to the org page (in the advanced settings step).

Somewhere in the process of creating a campaign, you need to ensure that all zeffy campaigns REQUIRES a PROMPT to ASK if we want that campaign visible on our Zeffy Organization Page as NOT all campaigns are automatically desired to be visible for the public automatically.
Some are for members only, some are internal for volunteers.
I recently had someone buy a ticket from a campaign that was created specifically for ONE individual in order for them to test Tap-to-Pay. They were the ONLY person with access to this test campaign—or so I thought—until someone else used it and I had no idea how they did it until some investigation and stumbling onto this organization page. Which I also don't know how this other person found.
It was disconcerting. I also had to remove others from being visible on that page.

Christine Michel (Product @Zeffy) I agree with this. In some cases I have created a campaign but I am not ready to open it yet (it's for a future time frame) and would like to be able to hide it until the time it is open. Being able to exclude it from the org page would be very helpful.

Joe Christine thanks for your feedback. Whenever you create a new campaign you have the ability to add or not this campaign to your org page (advanced settings section).
Today the setting is "On" by default because in most case users would like to add it but you can toggle it off if you don't want to.

From this page, supporters can:
- View your upcoming and past events
- Explore all your active campaigns
- Subscribe to stay updated on what's new
You're in full control: customize your logo, colors, description, and choose which campaigns appear on the page. You can publish or unpublish it anytime.
Your Organization Page is already in your dashboard, but it's currently unpublished (so no one can see it yet). Take a few minutes to make it yours, then publish it for your donors to enjoy!

Fiona the org page is not published by default so you need to be logged in your Zeffy account to see it.
You can also access it via the Campaigns page in the dashboard.

Fiona I had a look at your account and it seems you did not yet collect 10 payments on Zeffy. As soon as you reach 10 payment, the feature will be activated automatically for your organization!

trevor thanks for the feedback! This is not supposed to happen, it seems that, for some reasons, your organization was excluded from the migration script.
We will fix that in the coming days and you should then be able to access it through your "Campaigns" page.

It would be very helpful to have the Landing Page for my org/Home Page by events and donations. All campaigns on one page. Being able to have a QR Code to access this page would be extremely helpful. I know we have the link. Scanning is something that customers have gotten use to. It's quick and easy.

It would be extremely useful to have an event landing page to list the details of our event with a button at the bottom of the landing page that links the reader to the event page to order tickets.

We have an annual sports fundraising event where people can sign up for different courses and challenges AND raise money for. We would like all activities related to the same event to be able to appear on a single page, including a thermometer that shows the total amount collected for that event. We already have a website for the event that unifies everything, but when people go out to Zeffy, all the elements are separate and it's confusing. Thank you for considering this request.
