I think there is too much Zeffy branding in the thank you emails.
I want my own message and branding to be the biggest part of the email.

I agree 100% and have brought this up with Zeffy admin several times. I think they are listening.

Thank you all for your feedback and votes!
We've reduced the branding by removing the text describing Zeffy at the top of the email, reduced our logo in size and visibility and adjusted the colours so they are more neutral. We've also made your organization's name more visible at the top of the email.
When testing these changes, we've noticed that many would like to customize the emails further with your brand colours and logos. If this interests you please don't hesitate to upvote this post: https://simplyk.canny.io/feature-requests/p/customize-confirmation-email-colors-design
Thanks again for your input!

YES! Tho… I would also like the option to donate to zeffy made bigger… and clearer. The default should be “No” not “yes”. I’ve already had complaints from folks that checked out fast and didn’t realize they’d sent a $50-100 donation to zeffy in addition to payment for classes. It just doesn’t look good.

Charles: I am having the same issues with some donors backing out of our embedded zeffy page because the extra donation to zeffy comes up and it looks like an added fee. Here is one response:
I'm glad you asked about Zeffy. I saved through Lent until now for a gift and had $85. When I put in that amount, Zeffy zoomed it up to $93 and change, with the notation of 17% increase. I was like, "Wow, that's a stiff fee." When we use credit cards, the fee charge is 2.5-3% added to our actual cost. 17% seemed over-the-top. What I don't know is if the cc 3% is only what the credit card company charges the consumer or businesses using them. Do they then turn around and ask the receiver (Always Mercy) for a much larger fee, up to 14%??? I did not find it particularly difficult; it was straight forward. What took time was going back and forth adding a dollar at a time to find the closest amount to $85, which turned out to be just $72, "cheating" (in my mind) Always Mercy of needed additional funds. I should've closed out and written a check to your church, live and learn.

YES - I came here to make this exact feature request and am so happy its already been mentioned. The branding has confused customers/donors in both organizations I use Zeffy with. Its gotten so bad other Board members want to move back to Stripe even though we can't afford the fees. Please please allow customization of the thank you emails, and tax receipts.

I've comment on this before I 100% agree with this! We need this to be customize this better. We have very specific branding colors and purple/blue is not one of them. I would like to ensure that our logos and coloring work on the thank you letters and receipts.

At least have themes. We are doing religious donations that many times involve "In memory of" entries. The party horn reply and appear tone deaf to the circumstance.
