Make it optional to show bidder names on auction forms

The new auction forms show the names of all former bidders, and I would like to be able to turn this off. Not all auctions need the names of the bidders shown.

You can now disable bid history in the advanced settings of your campaign. Thanks for sharing your feedback!!

Yes, this is preventing a number of people from wanting to participate in the auction. We're a workplace charitable giving campaign and people don't want their colleagues seeing what they're spending.
