We have too many issues with people not getting receipt emails because they entered their email address wrong. As this is critical, Zeffy should make a mandatory dual email entry (with cross check), to eliminate this preventable error.

Include a double email entry to insure correct input. Ie both entries match for buyer on ticket form.

If I could vote this down I would. I absolutely abhor websites that make me manually type my information in especially twice. I use auto-fill and I prefer it to not ask twice. Forms should support auto-fill and not require manual typing.

We always add our own extra email address question, but I agree that the entries should be cross-checked.
In cases when you need a phone number, I think the same double entry with cross-check should apply.
