More granular user access / Un accès plus granulaire pour les utilisateurs

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly:
For example
- add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it
- being able to give users access to specific forms
- give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII
- being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

Specific permissions for tap to pay

There should be a tap to pay user permission which allows the admin to set only tap to pay permissions for a user, and only for specific forms. Currently a user with payment permissions can access and edit forms, which can cause issues.

We would like to control user access for forms only and specific forms to a specific user. Also need to split out access by forms and payments in separate access checkbox than grouping them together

Forms/Payments access

I would like to have 2 separate security access points for Forms and Payments. Right now, there is only one. We have different people in our org handling each of these options. We need to keep the functions separate.

I agree with all of these options. Much of the Data is protected, but we need individuals to have access for specific compartmentalized elements.
In fact, if you are not in need of these improvements, you have not come close to maximizing the capabilities of the Zeffy platform YET! I know I haven't reached the limit and I already see the value here.

We recently held a gala event with silent auction and wanted to use the 'Tap to Pay' feature. We had four volunteers who would expedite the payment process. Unfortunately it meant that four volunteers would have access to our Zeffy accounts when all they really need is access to the 'Tap to Pay' feature. Is there anyway to set up a 'GHOST' permission that enables us to temporarily allow a user to process payments on the 'Tap' feature for the day of the event, then 'go away?' We didn't understand that we had to link each person to our Zeffy account which meant that we only had one person with account access who could process payments. Giving specific permissions for the 'Tap to Pay' feature would help at events and would keep our proprietary information private. It would allow us to grant permission for payments to a number of different volunteers at our various events as individuals often can commit to a specific event, but not all events. Much cleaner, efficient, and private.
We used Stripe to process payments for the ticket sales at the Summer Games and we were able to create a 'team' and assigned them a specific role - ticket sales or merchandise sales. They were able to process payments but did not have access to sensitive information and restricted the actions they could perform on our account.

We have different committees in our organization. It would be great if it was possible to be able to assign someone from each committee to access only their "form" or event, so they can modify or make changes as needed.

Add access to just specific form management for admin support.

Right now macro access limits who can help our organization. Example: Membership form access reporting for failed attempts/renewals without sharing all financial information and profile view to proactively contact.
