More granular user access / Un accès plus granulaire pour les utilisateurs

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly:
For example
- add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it
- being able to give users access to specific forms
- give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII
- being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

The ability to allow access for only certain forms would be extremely helpful

I would be very interested in splitting the payments and forms into 2 different points of access. We want to set up a store, but the person who would manage it would not be authorized to see any financial data.

C'est vraiment important d'avoir cette option. Ca nous permets d'obtenir l'aide ponctuelle des personnes.

This would be a great feature I vote yes.

ESSENTIAL !! Example: I have someone in another state hosting an event we need them to be able to view donations as they come in….

Milk Club
Form-level access, please.

These options are a MUST ! We're a non profit and it would be a big help to give access to the organizers for their events only.

I agree. I have different people managing different areas and want them to only have access to their specific area.

Being a Foundation for a school, being able to give access to individual forms to teachers or student committees would be amazing.

More granular access would be nice.
However, there is also an immediate need to prevent catastrophic financial mistakes or even deliberate manipulation of data by allowing 'View Only' access as a default choice when a user is given access.
All users can now automatically accept 'Tap to Pay' with no permissions added. This idea is similar but not perfect. Start by allowing more granular access for Admin users.
Create a new admin user called 'Admin View Only'. Admin viewers will only be able to view (not edit or change) any information to which they have access.
Any User with Access can...
- Delete Receipts...
- Delete Linked Donation Forms: all forms that are linked in other media (emails, websites, etc)
- Re-route Bank Deposits: Bank account information can be edited by any user with access to view payout information. For example, the Accountant can change the bank account information and redirect donated funds.
Create a new Admin Viewer:
Why? In a volunteer organization, there will always be a need for users who can view without changing information (even Board members who are not part of day to day operations should be able to view but not edit).
For the Admin Viewer:
How about "Please note that an Admin viewer does not have to have any access permissions enabled to be able to view (without deleting or changing), all organization information.
This request is similar to the Tap to Pay default (all members can use tap to pay even if no permissions are chosen.
"Please note that a user does not have to have any access permissions enabled to be able to accept payments from the Tap to Pay app, they simply need to be added as a user to your organization." (from your website).
This does not negate or diminish the need for more granular task-based user access. It establishes a need for an Admin Viewer who can view everything but not change or delete any information. More transparency and less mistakes.
