More options for early bird tickets
C
Clément
I would like to have the ability to configure multiple stages for presales (like "early birds 1" until some date, followed by "early birds 2" until some other date, followed by "general access", for instance), and to "chain" those stages, so that only one stage appears at a time.
This is possible in Weezevent, where I can declare that one type of ticket only goes on sale after a certain condition is met, and goes out of sale after another condition is met.
Thanks!

Add time periods for different ticket types

It would be great to have start and end times for tickets types. For example: If i wanted to have three ticket types, one presale from Jan 1st to 7th one regular from Jan 8th to 14th and one last minute from Jan 15th to 21st at different price point. Right now, it would allow people to purchase them until the presale date expires.

We are having an event where we only want people to have access to buy our more expensive tickets first and the cheaper individual tickes later. I think it would be a nice feature to set a date window for having sales go live at a later time. It would allow me to set up my event page in advance, have ticket a @ $2000 avialable right away, and then have ticket b @$250 become available after a certain date. that way i can automate the entire thing. kind of like an early bird ticket, but in reverse, if that makes sense.

Ability to add a date for tickets to become available

We have the ability to make a ticket a pre-sale and set a time when the ticket should stop being available, but no way to do the opposite. It could be very useful to program the opening of the sale of certain types of tickets.

More specifically, our organization could benefit greatly from Early Bird tickets that require a single-use access code, and when the Early Bird period expires, other tickets are available without an access code.

Agreed, the layered timing would allow more flexibility

Agree! I have camp registrations that go up in price for last minute signups. I have a reminder on my calendar to change the prices & remove the early bird deadline since there’s no other good way to setup a secondary ticket price.

Agreed. Having the ability to set a close date is great, but it would be clearer for our users if a more expensive option wasn't available for purchase until after the less expensive "early bird" options were closed

WCSFA Secretary I totally agree! This would be so helpful!

YES! Wholeheartedly agree!

The ultimate would be an option to password protect each tier and/or make it only accessible to a pre-defined list of email addresses.
