More reminder email options

I would like to be able to set more granular reminder emails (2 hours before, 1 hour before).

The reminder setup option is not working anymore. It doesn't appear as an option since the new editor came...! It's quite catastrophic.

Emin yep. The new setup is horrible. You cannot even schedule the reminder email to go out at a set day prior to the event anymore. You can have to set a specific data and time....AND if you have multiple days for the same event, you have to schedule a different reminder email for each of them.
Zeffy , Rowan from Zeffy, why did you guys break the reminder email. It was working wonderfully. Now it is causing too much headache and takes too much of our time to use.

Thanks so much for your feedback.
We made some changes to add more emailing options for your event, and some bugs were introduced for the reminder email. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Normally all should be resolved, except for the one regarding the recurring dates, which we are still working on and should be fixed by the beginning of next week.
However I do want to ensure you that the features you are listing:
- being able to set up the reminder from your editor, which can be done from the review step of your form editor
- setting up the reminder based on a set number of days before the event date
Will you mentioned the scheduler not working for you, I'm going to reach out individually to make sure this is resolved for you.

I would like to see reminder email sent out at least twice -- the day before the event and the day of the event (especially when it is a two-day event. Thank you

I have a request to be able to send out monthly newsletters to my contacts. I was able to do one last month but I have to attach a PDF and it had to be limited because of file size. It would be awesome if there was a template I could use to send out these monthly newsletters and it allow me to have clickable links in the email that would lead contacts to my donation form or an event form that I am promoting that monthly.

I would like to be able to send multiple reminder emails before an event (for example 7 days and again 2 days before the event). Right now, once the reminder email is sent, there is no way to reset or use the function a second time.

Multiple reminder emails would be really helpful, especially for virtual events where we want to send out the web link separately.

Being able to set at least 2 email reminders is so important, especially when there are a lot of tickets being sold closest to the event. If we can only send 1 email and it's 5-7 days prior to the event, it's leaving out a lot of newer ticket holders.

I vote yes. The option to send multiple reminder events can increase the likelihood that our events are better attended as opposed to only 1. Especially if emails are your best or preferred method to engage with your audience. Also, it makes Zeffy, a more robust platform ensuring more users and a longer period of time that the users will actually use it.
