Multiple Ticket options with different start/end dates for the same event

It would be nice to have the ability to add specific tickets with their own start/end dates in addition to the Early Bird one. This will make event management much easier. One form, instead of having multiple forms and the extra work to manage the guest lists.

Complex use case:
1 Event, multiple time windows
Limited Tickets (3) per person per time window
Multiple people with multiple tickets per buyer
Almost like a multiple to multiple matrix view.
