I'm having trouble getting touch-to-pay to work on my iPhone consistently. I wish I could purchase a reliable, sturdy Zeffy-backed point of sale device (like the Square register kit -- or even just the Square terminal. Or it could be more of a DipJar-type device that pairs with a phone or iPad running your platform?

In person credit card transactions including via physical card swiper used on a laptop

In addition to adding tap-to-pay for Android, I would like to be able to accept payments in person with a laptop and a third party credit card swiper plugged in via USB. This would allow Zeffy to be a POS system for events and allow us to only use one payment processing platform rather than multiple.

I may have an alternative idea. Zeffy should integrate with another Payment processing company. [Like Moneris, Elevon, etc. ] so all donations made on their terminals should automatically be synced and appear in my payment history on the zeffy dashboard. This will allow me to send receipts for the donors on my terminal, too!

I agree that would be nice. Some people do not have tap to pay and then some do not want to enter their card information on a phone. It would be nice to have a physical machine that also prints a receipt right there too.

Yes Please! Zeffy is an amazing platform, but the lack of ability to take in person payments in any form other than an iPhone is a huge drawback. iPhones are only 60% of the US/Canadian market and of those people not all of them are set up for contactless payment. I run three non-profit arts organizations that host live ticketed events and we need to be able to take credit card payments via swipe, tap, or chip, and on any device (Apple, Windows, Android, iOS, etc...) in order to meet public demand. If Zeffy prioritizes this, it can truly be a "do it all" platform. For now, we have to rely on a third party ticketing platform (TicketLeap, Eventbrite, etc...) and a third party vendor platform (PayPal, etc...) to reliably run events. Thankfully, we can inport the sales data, but it's time consuming, and the fees on those sites are real bummers compared to Zeffy's model.
Please consider enhancing your POS capabilities to include all types of payment devices for in person transactions! If you do, I know a lot of orgnaiztions who will make the switch full time to Zeffy, especially school programs that are looking to support student groups (music, theater, athletics, clubs, etc...) And, maybe see if this could roll out in sometime in summer of 2025 so it's ready to go for the start of the "25/26 Season" for most organizations/schools? Thanks for considering it!

Add Support to Stripe Card readers

As some non profits don't have bidget for new iphones adding support to Stripe Bluetooth m3 card reader or WisePos BBPOS reader would be a nice addition.

Yes. Utilizing Stripe, Square, or Clover would be fantastic options.

Swiping cards should be dead and should not be added. Should instead support chip + tap to pay.
Given how many cards now support contactless, adding support for Apple's native device NFC in an app could get most use cases.

Card reader

I would love to use a card reader for our in person events. Please make this an option as many of the cards we are do not have the tap option.
