In the event, it is possible to indicate a YouTube video instead of an image, which seems very engaging.
However, this video is not shown on the Organization page.

Good news — it's been fixed! 🎉 Organization pages now correctly display your YouTube video thumbnail as a banner image. No more empty banners when using a YouTube video as a header.
