Payout Report - Include Detail Data Please :)

Breaking out transactions into payment details for each payout report would be a life saver. Currently I have to pull two reports to accurately report our income - Payout report for the transactions included and then I have to pull a payments report for those included dates, exclude any transactions included in other payouts and then get started sorting out all the different types of income. Having all that in one place would save a ton of time.

Definitely - this platform is super great. This part is challenging. I would like each payout report to have the date range of the payments under the payout amount at the top so at least if I have to go to another report I know the range.

Totally agree with this. It's ridiculous that I have to open one report to find the start and end date and then apply that to another report.

I agree completely. Give users the ability to add and remove fields from the Payout Report according to their needs. I find the current version useless when it comes to reconciling because it excludes form of payment, etc. If you're trying to balance a mix of payment types, the current report doesn't help at all.

On a similar note, the Payout Report includes any referral payouts we've received for the month, but doesn't include a donor's address and phone or any notes, answers to custom questions or reference to whether the donation was in memory/honor of someone. We need the additional information to upload into our accounting software so we instead navigate to the Payment tab, enter a custom date range and then export the transactions that align with the latest bank payout; however, the referral payouts are not included in this report. Is there a way to add the payouts to the report that is exported from the Payment tab?

Please allow users to create a custom report template for export or at least make the reporting column consistent (even if empty) from one payout to the next.
The "Eligible Amount" column appears before the "Form" column only when it's needed.
When an additional donation is added to a purchase, a new column is created in the payout report, but not at the end of the report. If no one adds an additional donation, that column isn't on the payout report.
This means I have to adjust the record I feed this data into each week.

On the Bank Payouts report, I'd like to see the name of the corporation/organization included. Currently, this information is only on the Payments report which means I have to first review the Payments report and export that report if a corporation/organization made a gift before I can export the Bank Payout. I then have to copy the data from the Payments report into the Bank Payouts report before I can import the Bank Payouts report into our accounting software.

Please include all of the information collected on a "form" on the "payout export" spreadsheet as well, or at least an option to include this. There are details collected on forms, such the types of tickets purchased that are necessary to include in a "split" transaction in Quickbooks.
It is possible to export the form payment information but if an ACH transaction was made it will be delayed and may not yet be included in the payout data. Thus, you must compare the form data exported (to get the data not included in the payout report), with the payout data to determine exactly which payments have cleared and are included.

Hi all! The payout date is included in the "Payments" report. I know this isn't exacly what you asked for so I'm leaving this request open, but in case it saves you time in the meantime, I'd recommend simply exporting your "Payments" report, and filtering by the "Payout date" column to identify all payments included in a specific payout, including ALL payment details.

All customer contact info on payout report

It would be extremely helpful to have all customer contact info included in the payout report. Right now it only shows name and e-mail, but we also need full address and phone number and it's a challenge to have to go back and look up that info in the sales report. Hopefully this is a quick and easy fix! Thank you!
