Payout Report - Include Detail Data Please :)
T
Treasurer
Breaking out transactions into payment details for each payout report would be a life saver. Currently I have to pull two reports to accurately report our income - Payout report for the transactions included and then I have to pull a payments report for those included dates, exclude any transactions included in other payouts and then get started sorting out all the different types of income. Having all that in one place would save a ton of time.

Include or provide an option to include all of the information collected on a "form" on the "payout export"

Please include all of the information collected on a "form" on the "payout export" spreadsheet as well, or at least an option to include this. There are details collected on forms, such the types of tickets purchased that are necessary to include in a "split" transaction in Quickbooks.
It is possible to export the form payment information but if an ACH transaction was made it will be delayed and may not yet be included in the payout data. Thus, you must compare the form data exported (to get the data not included in the payout report), with the payout data to determine exactly which payments have cleared and are included.

Hi all! The payout date is included in the "Payments" report. I know this isn't exacly what you asked for so I'm leaving this request open, but in case it saves you time in the meantime, I'd recommend simply exporting your "Payments" report, and filtering by the "Payout date" column to identify all payments included in a specific payout, including ALL payment details.

All customer contact info on payout report

It would be extremely helpful to have all customer contact info included in the payout report. Right now it only shows name and e-mail, but we also need full address and phone number and it's a challenge to have to go back and look up that info in the sales report. Hopefully this is a quick and easy fix! Thank you!

Payout Exports - Show answers to questions

My donors have a answer a question on my forms to choose what fund they want to support.
When I export my Payouts I can see the form but not the answer to that question.
I have to export the payment report and have 2 spreadsheets at the same time to manually reconcile my reporting.
It would be so much easier if I could filter all the transactions from the payout report by funds (answers to questions on the form)

Add to export Payouts Spreadsheet Donor Addresses and Donation DesignationDonation

The Payments spreadsheet has these additional columns, but you need it to be the donors included in the Payouts Spreadsheet in order to balance with the actual payout seen on your bank statement. Selecting a date range in Payments doesn't result in the same list of donations as the Payouts and it's the Payouts we balance against.

This too is my biggest disappointment with this software. As well I think that the integrated report should have the logo etc on it so that it looks professional, much like Paypal.

I need the payout report to include the fund related to the specific donation. Also, having the donor’s contact info in the report is very helpful as well.

Thanks for this request! Can you give me some more details on what information you need in the payout report?

Rowan from Zeffy: For me, I'd like to see a subtotal by form So if I have multiple payments from multiple forms I'd like to see totals for each of the form in the payout. This way it will help me sort out the funds transfers and ensure that the correct amounts are allocated to the different funds. Zeffy allows 1 bank account to be linked, but my organization has multiple bank accounts so I have to take the time to figure out the amounts to allocate/transfer. (I do that by downloading the payout report and doing a pivot report) And sometimes there are refunds mixed into the payouts which does skew the allocations.

Follow up to my previous eply: It would be nice to show payments and refunds separately even when the same form is used. Treating payments as income and refunds as expense instead of the sum per form.
