J'aimerais pouvoir afficher la description complète de mon événement sur mon formulaire de billetterie, sans que les utilisateurs aient à cliquer sur "voir plus".

The event description should be posted so that they can view it without clicking more details.

This is so frustrating and should be fixed ASAP.

I'd definitely like to see the event description always fully visible on desktop and only have a "show/hide" toggle (hidden by default) on mobile / tablet.
Currently, the site layout puts all the form information to the left of the ticket items when the viewport is 900px or greater. When this is the case, there is no need to collapse the text because there isn't anything below it that would be pushed out of view.
When the viewport is less than 900px in width, the form information moves above the ticket items, which makes it necessary to have the show/hide option to avoid excessive vertical scrolling to get to the ticket options.

As QR codes are very prominent and we put one on our event poster, we decided to keep our poster simple in order to avail that information on the ticketing link. It would It would be helpful for fundraising efforts if more information or descriptives could be allowed right on the homepage instead of just the title and price. It seems a person has to work to get to the event description/what’s included. Thank you!

Form Details More Prominently Displayed

It would be great for a buyer to be able to see the details of your event or fundraiser more easily-currently the info is quite hidden and you have to click the "More Details" to be able to read about it.

Ability to force phone/tablet users to open the Details section

On a computer, the Details section opens automatically so it always gets seen. On phones/tablets, the Details section is a box the user must open to read it. People are missing important information that is too lengthy to explain in the ticket section.

I would like the option to put my own wording on the mobile event tickets page and NOT have the "more details" button, which I fear most people will not even see or tap on. We should be able to have some wording on there so that it's very clear to tap on that button for more info...it feels like it's too easy to miss it and I NEED my info to be first and foremost for mobile users!

I wholeheartedly agree. I now have to field a lot of basic questions that are all explained in detail on the Event Page. It's definitely not intuitive to realize there is more information. Even a partial preview would be helpful, if the full detail is too big to display. Since the users have taken the time to list all the event information, it's a shame it's not being seen by potential donors and attendees. Thanks.

More Prominent "More details".

when visiting via link on web browser the "More details" needs to be bigger or more Prominent - It is barely noticeable. And there is actually room for the "details" where you have placed the large "did you know". I have attached photo of example. This is the first time I am using your platform for an event.
