I would like to be able to ask buyers custom questions via the tap-to-pay app so that I can collect more information during a purchase.

You can now ask custom question during a Tap to Pay transactions by clicking on 'Preferences'. This option is located in the top right of your screen when you select your ticket or enter the donation amount. This allows you to choose which custom questions you'd like to ask.

Allow for questions to be captured during tap-to-pay. The seller could ask the questions and fill them out before handing to customer.

agree! I need to be able to get custom information for buyer orders, and also would like to be able to export all of this data to my secondary CRM via Zapier using the information displayed in the payment details output.

when will this feature be created? I am having to create multiple shop campaigns to account for the various color and size combos since custom questions are not available in tap to pay and almost all of our merch sales occur in person.

The app needs to collect donor information in order to issue charity receipts. As well as information when buying a ticket.

literally PLEASE. I just spent all this time setting up my custom questions for sizes of our t-shirts only to learn that they won't be available for tap to pay so now I have to go create an individual item for every. single. size. of. each. item. because we will be selling these at an-person fundraiser!
