Tap to pay - ask for first and last name of the buyer

The in person payment app needs to ask for first name/last name so the email is not sent to John Doe.

When we ran an event, tap to pay attendees only came over via the Zeffy->Zapier->Monday integration with an email address. WIthout a name ... it caused errors in Zapier as Monday can't create the record without at least a name. Having Fname + Lname combined coming out of Zeffy would be a step saver in Zapier for us.

It would be so helpful to have the First and Last Name input included on the App. We have to be able to track donations and if we have no first and last name it makes it impossible to use efficiently. We are still smaller nonprofit and like to be able to reach out to donors for thank yous. Also, please add the email and first and last name to the email confirmation that gets sent out to us on the transaction. I have to go into zeffy on each one to find the information (which currently is only email).

Please add a space for first and last name. Not having that makes it very hard for us to use for tickets. John Doe is so impersonal and almost seems rude.

If not first/last name and address, at least add custom fields. I'd like to assign a transaction number for later trace back to our inventory system

I see this has been requested for over a year now, but it is imperative to have a first and last name included in information collected in tap to pay. The tap to pay app is an awesome tool. But not knowing who made the donation or purchase creates issues. Hopefully this can be addressed to make this the perfect app to use in the field!

I would also like to see that the app add the required questions that are added to the form.

I agree 100% with first and last name in tap to pay. Seems so impersonable to have the name John Doe. It seems it would be an easy add and if you do can you please let me know so I know it is available before our event? Thank you so much! I LOVE ZEFFY!!!!

Agree 100%. First and the last name in addition to email address. It would be great if additional questions are added such as seat selection

Customer name John Doe

Customer is receiving email confirmation of their tap to pay transaction, addressed to “John Doe” instead of their first and last name. Tap to pay picks up their email address just fine, but nowhere is there an option to enter their first and last name during the tap to pay process. Disconcerting to see “Dear John” at the beginning of the email confirmation. Would be better to remove this default “John Doe” entirely.

Please add first and last name to the tap to pay. John Doe is not at all useful.
