Tap to Pay in the UK

We have just recently started using zeffy but it is great for people signing up for our fundraising events. I would like to be able to take payments on the door but for some reason the tap to pay app is not available to download in the UK. I was wondering if there was a reason for this and if anything could be done about it?

Dear team @ Zeffy, we appreaciate your free of fees services but would you please make it even better for worldwide spread with adding the UK "tap to pay" as soon as possible as we are running a campaign now to collect donations.

I would also like to have the facility to tap to pay for donations, Memberships and online shop have you got any further news on when this will be available in the UK?
Will you also have any have any partner mobile donation machines of will this be something that could be done via android and apple tablets?

this is great, I just downloaded and configured the app and did a test payment. worked great. however, when the "buyer" uses their contactless card to make payment, the buyer info on Zeffy app is showing as N/A. is there a way to configure this to enter their name as it records it as N/A under payments. Also, would be good to add Gift Aid as well.

How can i add multiple people to my campaign who can accept tap to pay from their phones.
Would they all need to use the same login?

Masjid You can add users in the settings of your account, in user management. They'll be able to set up their own credentials and you can restrict their access to just the app if needed!

Sahid When you click on a campaign on the app, in the top right hand corner, you'll see a preferences option (with a gear icon). By clicking on that, you can select which info you want to collect from them, including their name!

Tap to Pay would be a game-changer for our small rural charity here in Wales. We host a monthly coffee morning and a few other one off events throughout the year. There's not a single cashpoint machine for miles around and people are carrying cash less and less these days. It would be a great boost to our income!

Yes tap to pay would be of great benefit for charities in the UK as dealing in cash is becoming more costly with banks changing for accepting coins into a charity accounts as well as limiting the number of cash deposits made per month
