Tax Receipts for Additional Donations Should only mention the tax deductible amount

When a registrant to an event makes an additional donation, the tax receipt mentions the whole amount of the transaction 9includeing the non tax deductible ticket amount).
It is only mention in a small section of the document that the actual value is only the value of the donation so it is confusing for our donors.

I disagree. At least for USA-based non-profits. At some point in the past couple months, Zeffy made it clearer on its receipts for which portion is "fair market value (non-deductible)" and which portion is "donation (deductible)". This is in compliance with US IRS written acknowledgments for charitable contributions: https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/charitable-organizations/charitable-contributions-written-acknowledgments.
