YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO RESPECT THE DUE DATE when someone pays early. Also please do NOT send email if someone has already paid - look at entire date including year.

Someone else had said that they had memberships that they keep track of (like I do), and that when a due date was for example December 1, 2024 but the member paid early (let's say Nov 23rd) that the NEW expiration date for their one year membership was the PAYMENENT date, not the "expiration date plus one year". So their due date would have been recorded by Zeffy as Nov 23rd, 2025 instead of Dec 1 2025. I thought I read that renewal payments were supposed to be appended to the end of a current subscrption. As a brand new user of this system, this scared me not a little!! That person also said that even though the individual paid early, they still got a renewal reminder at the expiration date. I just wanted to help their post along and tell you all how important this was for me too. If this is true, it would be chaos for me.

Hi Christa! Maryse here from Zeffy. I would like to make sure I understand your feature request correctly. Can you kindly provide more specific detail as to the platform behaviour you are referring to? And how specifically would you like the platform to behave differently? This will be very helpful. Thank you!
