Feature requests

For example, I'm sending an email from Zeffy and I want to send a reminder email to all of those who did not open or interact with that email.

In order to make it easier to import into our user database, it would be better to separate Name and First Name in the CSV.

It would be great to be able to customize the message sent to members when it is time to renew their memberships.

When an email is designed, we like to preview before sending it out to members. "Send test emails" is how we do the review. Zeffy used to have a label of "test email" at the top. Those labels are not there anymore so we've panicked a few times thinking we mistakenly sent out the draft to our members before it's ready.

Would like to allow for multiple logins that would permit restricting access to donation information. We have a social media coordinator that could use the contacts / email system, but we don't want her to have access to people's giving information.

It’s great that Zeffy has developed a system to manage contacts, mailing lists, and emails. We tried the new sign up form creator as part of a campaign. We’ve since been flooded with emails every single time someone signs up. Fine if it was one or two. But at 70+, this has become a real issue and is inundating our inbox. Please add a feature to turn off sign up notifications asap!

Build a feature to allow self check-in at an event

Currently, this is the administrator's address, but the administrator has other functions than receiving and responding to messages from visitors. We must be able to indicate a “contact” address different from that of our users.

I want to configure an automatic email that is sent to new newsletter subscribers who complete my sign-up form

The link at the bottom of emails is already pre-customized to that recipient. We would like to be able to provide a generic unsubscribe button or link that we can use generically on our website, in the body of an email, etc...
