Feature requests

For example, I'm sending an email from Zeffy and I want to send a reminder email to all of those who did not open or interact with that email.

I like the new Template feature in the Newsletter part of Zeffy, but really would appreciate being able to have my own selection of email templates for ALL the places in Campaigns where emails get sent to customers. It's senseless extra work to have to customize those emails every time I make a new campaign.

Hi. As our nonprofit has multiple people on the executive board, each in charge of a different aspect of our operations, I would like to be able to specify their role (or sub-role) in a column of the user's list, rather than the generic choice of "Member" or "Admin". We hold public elections to the board of the nonprofit, and so the user list may change from year to year; however, the permissions in Zeffy should remain the same for each role.

I am updating some donor data in preparation for a large manual tax receipt job that I am working on. As I am updating some donor information I have run into an issue where the donor is already in our system but there is no email in their contact. When I go to add in the email address, if that address has already been entered into the system under a different name, ie. if they work for the same business so have a shared email account, Zeffy automatically combines the two contacts into one. When I re-enter the contact that has been removed they are like a brand new contact and their tax receipt is under the other contact. I don't know if there is a way to move the receipt back to the correct contact??? Also, it would be better to have a pop-up warning saying that email address has already been used, that would avoid the combining of two separate contacts.

I'd like to see all member records (current or expired), no matter what form they used. We would like to use different forms for different events, where a registration would result in membership. This should be a separate category like "Contacts", under which I can see all member records and their status.

Donors can use different email addresses, and since it's only one email per contact, there can be duplicates. Being able to merge contacts and assign more than one email address per contact.

I would like to option to add a column to view the Company in my overall view on the Contact page.

We would like to be able to search Contacts by Organization Name field

I want to be able to add custom information to my contact's page and be able to filter by it. Typically information that I would add for multiple of my contacts

I noticed that any contacts that had an "&" symbol in their name, ie John & Mary Smith, has had the "&" symbol removed so now reads John Mary Smith. Anytime I encounter a contact like this I now need to edit it to add "and" as it will no longer accept "&". It would be great if the symbol would be accepted again and if that's not an option it would have been good to have "and" added in when the symbol was removed.
