I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it being able to give users access to specific forms give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

Some forms/fundraising we prefer to keep it as straight forward as possible for our technologically challenged folks. So it would be super nice to be able to pay either a subscription to Zeffy or even a one time payment per form you want it applied to to remove that option. That way Zeffy still has a chance to make money, but it can clean up the checkout process for specific events/forms.

This way donors know they can enter their own amount in the $0.00 box rather than select a premade button amount. Once they click a premade button it will default to the selected amount.

Allow the online store to have the ability to select the number of shirts, sizes, and colors without having to list each color/size combo on the store.

Orgs could benefit from the option for a user to be routed to another site of our choosing after they complete the Zeffy form. Sometimes that would be our website, other times, it could be another Zeffy form. We would benefit from this feature right now. We are holding an event where people are purchasing tickets through Zeffy. I'd like them to be directed to another form after their purchase where they would get the chance to pre-purchase a raffle ticket for the raffle we are holding that night.

I would like to have the option to assign discount codes to specific items or the option to make an item ineligible for a discount

At a recent event, our QR scanner check-in process created a bottleneck—guests were waiting 30+ minutes to check in. We’re envisioning a solution where ticket holders could scan a prominently displayed QR code at the event and complete self check-in from their phones. Once checked in, they could simply show the confirmation screen to our event entry team to receive their entry wristband or materials.

I would like to be able to adjust the donation % to Zeffy that donors see under the order summary. The smallest % after a certain donation amount is 17%. I want my donors to give back to Zeffy but 17% can be a jarring amount, and the % only goes up from there. I know donors can input their own donation to Zeffy, but I believe it would be more effective if users had the ability to adjust those % up or down as they see fit based on their visitor base.
