One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

Every day for the past a couple weeks you’ve sent me a email with “Tips and tricks for my upcoming event”, sometimes twice a day. You also occasionally send me emails about donors who have disengaged. Neither of these sorts of emails are in any way helpful and they just clutter up my inbox. It would be nice to be able to get you to stop sending them.

When a check is entered manually, it would be helpful for the notification to be sent to the email addresses listed in the advanced settings of a campaign.

It would be nice to see the embed form to be responsive to what space is needed so no empty space is there.

Need a quick way to see a ticket time/date when clicking through guest list and purchases. That way e ticket does not need to be downloaded.

Our small organization is trying to build a membership. We offer family memberships with first member paying a higher price and subsequent family members paying a lower price. We need our potential new members to be able to select all that applies and make one payment instead of having to do everything separately. That is what I thought options were and why I signed up with Zeffy. Creating a higher membership for families as suggested by your staff member does not work for our organization due to the by-laws stating what can be charged. We need this urgently.

Would like the ability to retain content in the Questions section of a Campain when changing between multiple choice, short answer, etc. instead of having to re-enter info before going on to create next item.

Sometimes users respond to “short form questions” with a longer response that spans multiple lines. This allows for greater formatting flexibility on their parent.
