Currently, Zeffy sends the same automated email to all new members, regardless of their membership level. To enhance donor engagement and recognition, I’d love to see an option that allows customized automated emails for each membership tier. For example, a basic member could receive a warm welcome with general info, while a premium member could get a more tailored message highlighting their exclusive perks. This would create a more personalized and meaningful experience for supporters at every level. Why It Matters: Recognizes and reinforces the donor’s impact based on their commitment Improves engagement by providing relevant info for each tier Strengthens donor retention by making them feel valued This feature would streamline communication and make donors feel truly appreciated at the level they support.

I would love to have a way to track volunteer hours electronically through this system.

One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

When a check is entered manually, it would be helpful for the notification to be sent to the email addresses listed in the advanced settings of a campaign.

Every day for the past a couple weeks you’ve sent me a email with “Tips and tricks for my upcoming event”, sometimes twice a day. You also occasionally send me emails about donors who have disengaged. Neither of these sorts of emails are in any way helpful and they just clutter up my inbox. It would be nice to be able to get you to stop sending them.

Currently, in a membership campaign, the total number of members is calculated by adding the total number of memberships sold plus the total number of renewals. However, people that have renewed their membership are not actually "new" members. The addition of renewed memberships in the total number of listed members makes ascertaining the actual amount of individual members difficult.

For bounced emails, it would be helpful to see the rejection code/reason from the email provider. If its a hard vs soft bounce would determine if the email should be unsubscribed or not.

User permissions to "view only" campaign details. For a team member needing to access ticket sales and purchases, but not see the payment details or be able to edit the campaign.

The custom donate field under the 4 suggested amount buttons defaults to $300. Can it just be left blank or have the text always read “enter custom amount” ?

I would like to create forms whit my phone, or change data. Thanks
