Feature requests

We have several organizations/practices that want to purchase memberships for all of their staff but right now there is no way to purchase a membership for another person as the email through which the payment is made becomes the "member" rather than having the member created by the form fields for the item purchased. If someone were to order 5 memberships we would want them to be able to see this transaction in their account but we would want the memberships purchased to then generate the member account for each person the membership so we can manage our membership list more accurately.

I need options to the campaign page for different ticket types. Currently, if I have an external link for a program/event, I can only link it in the description. I can set up the ticket as a "register your interest" which can then send my audience an email with the the info that they need. However, ticket pricing part is required, can you make this customizable, where the price part is hidden?

Fever has a day and time option

I would like to be able to adjust the donation % to Zeffy that donors see under the order summary. The smallest % after a certain donation amount is 17%. I want my donors to give back to Zeffy but 17% can be a jarring amount, and the % only goes up from there. I know donors can input their own donation to Zeffy, but I believe it would be more effective if users had the ability to adjust those % up or down as they see fit based on their visitor base.

It would be nice to have add-on options to forms. For example, if someone signs up to an event, they could then afterwards choose to add equipment rental.

We would love to have waivers signed by our people attending events or volunteering. Is there a way to have Zeffy either add our online waiver link or add waiver templates?

Our biggest goal is to make Zeffy the single place our families go for everything. Right now, we still have to use SignUpGenius for volunteer sign-ups and Google Forms for lottery entries and parent interest forms. We'd love to eliminate those additional platforms and keep everything within Zeffy. Some features that would make this possible include: Standalone forms that don't require creating an event or "free ticket." Volunteer sign-ups with available shifts and slot limits. Waitlists for volunteer positions. Interest forms and committee sign-ups. Lottery/raffle-style interest forms with one submission per family. The ability to randomly select winners from submitted entries. Custom fields for student name, teacher, grade, and classroom. Automatic confirmation emails after submission. A parent-facing dashboard where families can view or edit their submissions. I believe these features would be valuable not only for PTOs and PTAs, but also for booster clubs, youth sports organizations, scout troops, and many other nonprofits that coordinate volunteers. If Zeffy offered these capabilities, our PTO could likely retire several other tools and manage nearly all of our fundraising, events, volunteers, and parent engagement in one platform. Many of our members purchase tickets for someone else. We would like to have the option to add a ticket holder name and email that is different from the payer's name and email.

Please allow any form of date (including timestamps for donations) to be valid when uploading a CSV file. The MM/DD/YYYY (with no time/clock) is so frustrating!
