One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

Every day for the past a couple weeks you’ve sent me a email with “Tips and tricks for my upcoming event”, sometimes twice a day. You also occasionally send me emails about donors who have disengaged. Neither of these sorts of emails are in any way helpful and they just clutter up my inbox. It would be nice to be able to get you to stop sending them.

Maybe this is a switch that goes from sold out to open. It seems like there is a lot of asks for the ability to make one ticket sold out because certain tickets are limited - we would appreciate this also. We need the ability to switch off tickets that have an earlier deadline but don't reach the ticket cap.

I often want to have a shorter URL than the one that's automatically generated based on the name of my form. I don't want to shorten the name of my form, just the URL. It would be great if I could customize the URL for any form I create or clone.

When a check is entered manually, it would be helpful for the notification to be sent to the email addresses listed in the advanced settings of a campaign.

Currently, the organization logo and name displayed on event/campaign pages are not clickable. It would be very helpful if both the logo and the organization name could be clickable and redirect visitors directly to the organization’s official website. Thanks

Requesting a "sandbox mode" for campaigns. This feature should restrict access to internal testers while allowing them to complete the entire workflow, ensuring the campaign is fully functional before going live.

My event have long descriptions. Could we put the description to the right side (below ticketing) and in full (rather than "view more")? Something like EventBrite.

Example: Official receipt for 2025 income tax purposes and not only the date below the donor's address.

Create an option for zeffy to auto-generate discount codes. Still allow users to pick their own, if they wish, but build the capability to generate unique random codes (user picks the number of digits).
