It would be very helpful to have a Zeffy app for non-profits that had everything the website has. Currently the only Zeffy app for IOS is the tap to pay app for processing payments.

I know this has been a previous commented on sentiment, and has been marked complete. But I still feel that there is too much Zeffy branding and not nearly enough for my organization. Why do we have to have receipts and such look like Zeffy? These are not my organizations colors or branding and I have had several donors express confusion. If I was sending a tax receipt it would look much more professional business letter like. I do not feel that just having our logo in one place is enough. There should be the option to have the platform work with the organizations brand colors. So in my case it would be Red & Grey.

One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

If an email is flagged as a bounce, it would be great to be able to click the contact and edit the email and simply hit retry or resend rather than having to create an entirely new duplicate email to resend to those that bounced.

As of 9/1/25, Zeffy supports 2FA, but only through SMS messaging. While better than nothing, but it's the least secure form of 2FA, and has been deprecated in many systems. Authenticator apps are a step above that and provide time-based one-time tokens.

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it being able to give users access to specific forms give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

The ability to do memberships is fantastic. It would greater still if the ability to send a second membership card for memberships that are consisting of two individuals (spouses, partners, etc).

Text messages will allow bidders to respond more quickly to outbid notices.

I've started a few emails/newsletters within the Newsletter section instead of the campaign section. Now I can't tag those emails to a campaign so that they appear as communications in the campaign section. I'd like to have the ability to tag them to campaigns after the fact.

On the Organizational tab, it would be very helpful to set our brand colors, logo and "Default Wording" to be used in new campaigns. This shouldn't be hard to setup but would save admins significant time.
