One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

I would like emails sent from my domain instead of zeffy's

I need to be able to assign names to sub events during a conference over 5 days. I see we can register multiple tickets at one time. example would be john smith for Thursday and Friday (First aid), Saturday Morning (Search management), Saturday Afternoon (Resource Management) and Sunday Morning (Table top Exercise). then be able to register Jane Doe for as an example (Thursday CPR), Friday (Proper Documents), Saturday Morning (Volunteers), Saturday Afternoon (Food Safety), and Sunday Morning (recap) and so on.

Wants to integrate an internally-developped CRM with Simplyk, which requires that we have an open API

I often want to have a shorter URL than the one that's automatically generated based on the name of my form. I don't want to shorten the name of my form, just the URL. It would be great if I could customize the URL for any form I create or clone.

I know this has been a previous commented on sentiment, and has been marked complete. But I still feel that there is too much Zeffy branding and not nearly enough for my organization. Why do we have to have receipts and such look like Zeffy? These are not my organizations colors or branding and I have had several donors express confusion. If I was sending a tax receipt it would look much more professional business letter like. I do not feel that just having our logo in one place is enough. There should be the option to have the platform work with the organizations brand colors. So in my case it would be Red & Grey.

Allow shop forms to display discounts that can be visible to the buyer

I've been cloning forms so I don't have to start from scratch every time, but all of a sudden, when I clone a form and change the information for the new one, the url to share the form is using the title of the cloned form for the URL, which means the new form has a url with someone else's name or information in it. What happened? the urls used to be unique!

Can it be configured alphabetically by last name.

I would like to be able to export data in .csv or .txt rather than only excel!
