Feature requests

We are a booster club with 2 concessions stands at the school and having a quick tap to pay option for all the students who don't carry cash is a necessity. Our parent volunteers are not always the most comfortable using their phones for tap to pay for security reasons. At times we can have over 100 transactions and that's a lot of tapping on your phone and possible date security issues. Being able to use the app on an iPad, a centralized device, for tap to pay, or an external swiper, is much more efficient. We love using Zeffy for everything else but may have to switch back to Square if we cannot figure out how to take in person concessions sales payments by the time school starts again.

When processing payments through the Tap to Pay app, the ticket purchase limits (maximum quantity) aren’t being enforced. It would be great if the app could mirror the behavior of the online form and prevent users from selecting more tickets than the per purchase limit I’ve set.

Tap to Pay doesn't attach a contact to the transaction

I would like to be able to ask buyers custom questions via the tap-to-pay app so that I can collect more information during a purchase.

Tap to Pay automatically sends a transaction receipt but no tax receipt. If including first and last name fields in the Tap to Pay payment process would correct this, please add them.

The in person payment app needs to ask for first name/last name so the email is not sent to John Doe.

I'd like to be able to have them place their order and then use the tap-to-pay to complete it.

I'm having trouble getting touch-to-pay to work on my iPhone consistently. I wish I could purchase a reliable, sturdy Zeffy-backed point of sale device (like the Square register kit -- or even just the Square terminal. Or it could be more of a DipJar-type device that pairs with a phone or iPad running your platform?

Having all forms show up on tap to pay makes it impractical to use- The intent is to accept in person payments for some forms. I can't imagine a scenario when all forms, including financial collections summaries would be exposed to every volunteer / user who is accepting payments !!
