We have just recently started using zeffy but it is great for people signing up for our fundraising events. I would like to be able to take payments on the door but for some reason the tap to pay app is not available to download in the UK. I was wondering if there was a reason for this and if anything could be done about it?

Request the app be updated so that I can track/record cash payments. This would be particularly helpful for stores and inventory management, but would also be great for events, donations, and other items.

It would be so helpful to be able to log a sale with payment methods other than credit/debit cards via the tap to pay app. That way all sales/donations could be kept in one place regardless of payment method. Right now we have to use two different systems or log all offline payments later or via browser. It is a lot of extra steps and very clunky. I've used the Square app and it allows you to select cash, card, or "other" as your payment method at check out. This way you can log cash, checks, venmo, zelle, paypal etc. along with processing card payments and everything is right there in the same reports and app.

Ability to use tap to pay for membership

For Storefronts. Need to be a quicker checkouts for customers and us user. We are in a hurry at the concessions line or pop up store and need to move to the next customer. They don't have time to fill in "all their information" so if we can get the store to just let "us" decide what information we want from the customer and that way we can use it in a way that "fits us". example: at our concession stands we have 2 separate areas- 1 is for cash paying customers 2nd is for the app paying customers, our Zeffy users scan the QR code order what they want from concessions then they will pay and we will text them when order is ready. They don't utilize this because they have to put in so much information that they miss some of the football plays and get upset. All we need is their order, their name and cell number.

Allow organizations to suppress or customize the Zeffy contribution prompt on POS/Tap to Pay transactions. At multi-vendor events, customers confuse the Zeffy contribution with a vendor tip, which erodes trust between the nonprofit, its vendors, and attendees.

Tap to Pay doesn't attach a contact to the transaction

We are using a campaign store for our concessions. We have each item entered as an option to purchase and add to the "cart". After we accept the payment, the quantities remain for the next person purchasing so we have to manually zero them all out before the next persons purchase. Same for our spiritwear store items. Once a payment is completed, each item quantity should revert back to zero to avoid anyone being overcharged or having to manually update every item back to zero before the next purchase can be completed. That is very time consuming in a high paced environment, especially if a lot of items are offered.

Tap-to-pay is currently only compatible with donation forms, donation campaigns single-date events, raffles and e-commerce / boutiques including the 'other sales' form. This makes at-the-door sales of tickets for multi-date events challenging and requires manual data finagling after the fact. Is there a timeline for when Multi-Date Events will be supported in Tap to Pay?

It takes a very long time for customers at in person sales to fill in their email inside of the tap to pay app for their sale receipts. Adding a field for them to just get an SMS link to their receipt would be so much faster!
