We have just recently started using zeffy but it is great for people signing up for our fundraising events. I would like to be able to take payments on the door but for some reason the tap to pay app is not available to download in the UK. I was wondering if there was a reason for this and if anything could be done about it?

Tap-to-pay is currently only compatible with donation forms, donation campaigns single-date events, raffles and e-commerce / boutiques including the 'other sales' form. This makes at-the-door sales of tickets for multi-date events challenging and requires manual data finagling after the fact. Is there a timeline for when Multi-Date Events will be supported in Tap to Pay?

I would like to be able to ask buyers custom questions via the tap-to-pay app so that I can collect more information during a purchase.

It takes a very long time for customers at in person sales to fill in their email inside of the tap to pay app for their sale receipts. Adding a field for them to just get an SMS link to their receipt would be so much faster!

We need to manually enter an amount for a fundraising rummage sale. Currently, it appears that Zeffy only offers "fixed" amounts for events using tap and pay.

I need to check in hundreds of people who will not have their scan code. I can pull the scan code up on the pay app but I'd have to have another person scan the person in. Can we either have a check in button on the tap to pay app or another scan in app?

I have the ability to grant campaign-specific access to account users for the full Zeffy account, but it doesn't apply to tap-to-pay. If I grant someone access to the Tap-to-Pay app, they can collect payments on any campaign. // Currently, users with access to the Tap to Pay app can collect payments for all campaigns, although their access to the dashboard is limited to certain campaigns. It would be useful for Tap to Pay permissions to respect accesses per campaign, so organizations can control which campaigns each user can manage.

I love the tap to pay on my iPhone, but we use a tablet for other sales. It would be fantastic to allow tap to pay from the iPad.

Tap to Pay doesn't attach a contact to the transaction

When processing payments through the Tap to Pay app, the ticket purchase limits (maximum quantity) aren’t being enforced. It would be great if the app could mirror the behavior of the online form and prevent users from selecting more tickets than the per purchase limit I’ve set.
